To enable you to plan your holiday we operate an Advanced Booking Service. To avoid disappointment, you are advised to make use of this service. Reservations can be made by phone with deposit payable by card or Click here to access our Booking Form, which can be printed out and posted to Cayton Village Caravan Park together with your deposit.

Advance bookings must be accompanied by payment in full or a deposit of £50 for each week or part week. Up to 7 days prior to arrival alterations can be made, a £6 administration fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation please note payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable. PAYMENT IN FULL would be due on any booking cancelled within 7 days of arrival. Payment terms: Cash, Cheques (are acceptable up to the limit on the guarantee card) and Credit and Debit Cards (minimum transaction £20).

Price includes one caravan, tent or motorhome, 2 people and 1 car. Any persons or vehicles over this limit must be included on the booking form. Nightly rate includes VAT at the current rate (subject to budget change).

Reception opens at 8.30am. Payment and siting is upon arrival from 12 noon-6pm. Late arrivals accepted up until 8pm (daylight dependent), please call to check availability. After this time, caravans and motorhomes must site themselves on the late arrivals area; tents must arrive the following day.

Please note our electronic barriers do not permit access from 11pm to 8am for the peace, quiet and security of all visitors. We are a strictly no noise after 11pm Park.

Visitors going out late or early (before 8am) need to park their vehicle or unit in the car park. Pedestrian access is always available.

The park will accept no liability for loss or damage to your property i.e. car, caravan, awning and contents. It is a condition of entry to the park that the caravan is fully insured for fire, theft and third party liability. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the location of your nearest fire point.

We cater for families and couples and do not accept bookings from all male or all female parties of 3 or more persons or unaccompanied young persons. The management reserve the right to refuse any application for booking.
